In this section you can view a list of properties that have been let in the past month. The list shows:

• The Property Reference as previously shown on the My Homefinder website. If you have the reference number for the property you are looking for, you can search for the property by typing the number into the search box at the top of the report

• The Property Address, District and Property Type (i.e. Bungalow or House) and Number of Bedrooms

• The Total Expressions of Interest which shows how many people expressed an interest for this property

• The Successful Band which shows which band (Gold, Silver or Bronze) the successful applicant was in

• The Date of Application which shows when the successful applicant joined the waiting list, so you can see how long they have been registered with SSHA

NB: Please note that due to the tenancy start date, the property that you were interested in may not be on the report until the following month
